Hamburg. Effective immediately, ViDOFON AG is to trade under the name DEKOM AG. The company’s legal structure and share ownership will remain unchanged.
Since its establishment in 1998, ViDOFON AG has developed into one of the leading companies in Europe for HD video conferencing, video conferencing networks, infrastructure, telepresence, managed services and unified communications, and has implemented video conferencing solutions in more than 50 countries.
With effect from 1 January 2010, ViDOFON AG has taken over the long-established conference room specialist DEKOM Systemhaus, expanding their portfolio from high definition video conferencing over IP networks to include all conference room integrable media, audio, presentation and control technology. Further core business areas are optimised scenarios for theatres, POS areas, auditoriums, arenas, hotels and museums, as well as professional expertise in connecting, controlling and supporting building services and creating ideal room acoustics.
The name ViDOFON will continue as a brand under the umbrella of DEKOM AG. All addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses of contacts and the website www.dekom.com will remain the same.
