Founded as a telecommunications company specialising in data, voice and mobile devices

2002

Entry into the video conferencing market / Founding of VIDOFON GmbH (since 2010: DEKOM AG)

2004

Largest Sony video conferencing specialist in Germany

2005

Installation of the 1000th room system, majority ownership in conference TV - the first German full service video conferencing provider
 

2006

Madrid office opens, installation of the first video conferencing system in High Definition

2007

118.8 % growth in turnover, VIDOFON AG acquires Privatel, the only videoconference specialist in Germany certified by all manufacturers

2008

Barcelona (Spain) office opened, market entry Managed Services: DEKOM offers the first MCU flat rate, First ViDOFON in-house exhibition under the theme „Strategic Corporate Communications“

2009

ViDOFON in-house exhibition under the theme „video conference in turbulent times - save money, secure communication advantages“, 88.5 % growth in turnover

2010

ViDOFON acquires DEKOM Systemhaus für Medientechnik GmbH & Co. KG, change of name from ViDOFON in DEKOM AG, product launch DEKOM Media Presence System (MPS), DEKOM is awarded Lifesize Reseller of the Year for the first time, DEKOM Conferencing & Seaport Day under the theme „Efficiency = Profit“

2011
