Welcome to the RMA service of DEKOM AG. You have service case and would like to have your item checked? Your article is defective or needs a repair? Your item has been delivered or ordered incorrectly? Then create online a corresponding RMA (Return Material Authorization) request here.

Please note here is that the information is subsequently examined by a DEKOM technician for completeness. After the test we will send you a RMA number with further steps for shipping the goods.
