Avaya

Avaya is an innovative and world-leading provider of enterprise video and audio communications, call center and data networking solutions, particularly videoconferencing, unified communications and contact center systems, as well as data networks and services. Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, the company maintains a variety of locations around the world, including eight in Germany.

Avaya acquired German telecommunications company Tenovis in 2004, and continued to expand its strong presence in the German market. Since the acquisition by the investment companies Silver Lake Partners and Texas Pacific Group Avaya is privately owned. Avaya currently employs approximately 13,000 people worldwide.
