Neat Pad

Neat Pad is an 8-inch multifunctional touchscreen that you can use to control your video conferences as well as a room booking system. The sleek device provides intuitive control of your Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings with the Neat Bar or Neat Bar Pro, both of which are certified for the popular platforms. This allows you to start your meetings with just a tap, easily add participants, share content and manage meeting-seetings. Thanks to the Power-over-Ethernet cable, the device is always charged and ready to go and can be placed anywhere on the table or mounted on the wall. 

To manage your rooms, the Neat Pad can also be installed outside the room so that everyone can see its availability at a glance. Two LED indicators show whether the room is occupied or free. Especially practical: Neat Pad activates automatically when you enter the meeting room and releases it again as soon as you leave. Configured in scheduling mode, you can also book non-video conference rooms directly via Neat Pad without the need for additional calendar systems.
