Poly Studio Room Kits bring Microsoft Teams Rooms to meeting rooms of all sizes, with easy installation and little effort. Using Poly DirectorAI, meeting participants are automatically cut out and active speakers are spotlighted to ensure an equal meeting experience for everyone.

Depending on the room size, the kits include a Poly Studio P15, Poly Studio R 30, Poly Studio or Poly Studio E 70. While the Small, Focus and Medium Room Kits can meet all the requirements of a meeting room on their own, you will need to expand the Large Room Kit with an additional audio component, as larger meeting rooms require special audio technology for high-quality meetings.

The Poly Room Kits on Windows are additionally extended with a compute option, either the HP Mini Conferencing PC, a Lenovo ThinkSmart Core or a DELL Optiplex 7080 XE. The Windows appliances allow you to easily expand your Windows system, for example by simply connecting additional microphones to the PC. The devices are easier to manage this way and are considered as more secure than the Android variants. The HP Mini Conferencing PC uses Windows 10 as its operating system and has, among other things, a 12th generation i7 processor, 16GB RAM and a 256GB SSD.

With the Android systems, you benefit from even fewer cables, thanks to the all-in-one video bars as a room system. With the Room Kits on Android, you also benefit from Poly DirectorAI and thus an equal meeting experience for all participants.

Depending on the room size, the kits include a Poly Studio X30, Poly Studio X50 or a Poly Studio X70. For larger rooms with a special layout, you can build an individual solution by combining Poly G7500 with Poly Studio E70.
