Computer giant HP acquires Poly

World-renowned company HP Inc. acquires video conferencing manufacturer Poly for a total value of $3.3 billion.

HP, one of the largest American producers of printers, laptops and desktop systems, is now acquiring Poly, a leading provider of audio and video conferencing solutions, cameras and headsets. The manufacturer now takes over Poly, one of the leading providers of audio and video conferencing solutions, cameras and headsets. The acquisition aims to expand the portfolio to include peripherals for the hybrid workspace. HP thus wants to take advantage of the potential of the increasingly popular hybrid office and strengthen its position in the market.

We are excited to see how the merger of the two technology pioneers will unfold and look forward to new innovative solutions for the “workplace of the future.”
