At the beginning of the 2020 pandemic, most people worked in a technically poorly equipped home office, teamwork via video was still absolutely uncharted territory for many companies, and the picture and sound quality was rather mediocre. Now we offer you State-of-the-art technology - at a fixed monthly price:

Our tariffs offer you meetings and conversations with your customers in a professional quality, with standardised communication and video conferencing technology on a platform that is tailored to the requirements and security standards of your company.

iPad Tariff

iPad included

Provide your staff with a pre-configured iPad, in kiosk mode if desired. This allows them to take part in video meetings with just one click, without any prior knowledge being required. All apps and security patches are controlled, monitored and updated by DEKOM. So you do not need to use the resources of your IT department.

Necessary data, software updates and all settings are encrypted. We purchase apps centrally for you and then distribute them on a user-specific basis to your employees' iPads.

Huddle-Tariff

All-in-One Raumsystem included

Use every space in your company for smart collaboration. All-in-one room systems, designed for small, distributed teams, offer your staff flexible options.

All the system-settings are pre-configured and installed at your premises. If there is a newer, more powerful successor model, the system will be replaced. This way, your IT department does not have to worry about updates or replacement systems, because DEKOM replaces and supports the systems - within the framework of your monthly tariff contract - free of charge.

Do you have any questions about the system or need support during the runtime? Our support team is available to you free of charge at any time during the entire term of your tariff. If your requirements increase during the term of the tariff, you can take advantage of our upgrade guarantee and use the upgrade option for a fee
