Main Feature

Bring your own device

AirPlay, Chromecast, & Miracast

The Cynap System offers an all-in-one wireless BYOD solution, suitable for smartphones, tablets, and laptops alike. Using an iOS, Android, Windows or Mac device enables information to be accessed from almost any source. AirPlay, Chromecast, and Miracast mirroring is supported, and up to 4 different devices can connect wirelessly to Cynap, and display on-screen content simultaneously in up to 4K UHD output resolution.

Powerful video recording

The Cynap System features video recording functionality which can capture all presentation and lecture content. All types of content materials are captured in high definition, and saved internally. With Cynap, flexible recording of multisource, multimedia educational content materials for online, on-demand usage, is now easier than ever before.

Webcasting

Flexible knowledge sharing

Lectures, presentations, and meeting content can be streamed, and additionally, students or work colleagues on the same network as the presenter can receive and record a stream using our vSolution Capture app. Recipients can even personalize their own copy of the recording by adding notes and annotations in real-time.

Media player

Information on demand

Cynap can play, display, record, and stream all commonly used media simultaneously, providing incredible versatility during meetings, lectures, and collaborative sessions. Information is easily available, whether stored locally or in the cloud - without many of the limitations often found on other devices, and files are also accessible for playback using a connected USB stick.

Whiteboard & annotation

Extra content material can be created quickly and easily using the built-in digital whiteboard and annotation features of the Cynap System. Written notes are easily recorded and shared, along with other multimedia information.

WebRTC – Webconferencing

Cynap allows conferencing by acting as WebRTC client (Web Real-Time Communication). Use third-party services, for example the online service "appear.in" to communicate. Please note, all attendees have to use WebRTC, other proprietary services are not compatible.

Cloud services

Access to cloud services encourages more effective collaboration and increased productivity during meetings. Distribution and sharing of content materials between colleagues is much easier.

Connecting a visualizer

Clearly the ‘digital world’ delivers tremendous advantages to all of us, however in both education and business applications, there is often a need to show ‘live’ materials on-screen. Combining Cynap™ with a Visualizer system provides this flexibility, and uniquely allows users to utilize content materials from both digital and physical sources.
