Humly Floor Plan is a visual workplace tool that gives employees and visitors a live 3D overview of the office floor. Instead of walking around to find a free room or desk, users see availability at a glance on a digital floor plan and can book what they need in seconds, either on a big screen in the office or from their own devices.
The colour-coded layout makes it obvious what is free or occupied: green means available, red means booked. In passive mode, Humly Floor Plan runs on a large display to show real-time occupancy and available spaces across an entire floor. In interactive mode, users can tap directly on the screen to reserve desks, rooms or other resources, with access via Microsoft Teams and single sign-on when Exchange or Office 365 is used as the booking system.
Humly Floor Plan supports both on-site and remote scenarios. Staff can check availability and manage bookings from outside the office through their existing booking system, Humly Reservations or Teams, while facility managers get a real-time view of usage patterns by room, desk or floor. Any bookable item can be added, including parking spaces, and the interface can be branded with company logos and custom messages in passive mode.
The solution runs on Humly Cloud and integrates with major calendar platforms such as Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, Google Workspace and HCL/IBM Domino/Notes. It can be combined with Humly Wayfinding for step-by-step guidance from point A to B, and upcoming sensor integration will allow visualisation of air quality, temperature and presence data via open APIs.
