Yealink RoomCast is an enterprise-grade wireless presentation system for meeting rooms and classrooms, enabling participants to share content to a TV without cables. It supports screen casting via Yealink Wireless Presentation Pod, Miracast, AirPlay and Google Cast, and works across common operating systems including Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.
For collaboration, RoomCast can show up to four sources on screen at the same time and adds in-room interaction features such as a virtual whiteboard, annotation and an intuitive remote-control experience. It supports up to 4K/60fps decoding for clearer content display.
Deployment is simple thanks to its compact form factor and flexible power options (PoE or 12V DC). Built-in 802.11ac 2×2 MIMO Wi-Fi, Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth 5.0 cover typical network needs, while IT can manage and diagnose devices remotely via Yealink management platforms. Security features include AES-128 data encryption, WPA2-PSK for Wi-Fi, PIN protection and local-network stream isolation.
