The system supports integration with calendar services like Google Calendar and Microsoft Exchange, allowing seamless scheduling and meeting initiation. With support for up to three displays, Zoom Rooms can simultaneously show active speakers, shared content, and participant galleries. Security features include end-to-end encryption and role-based access controls, ensuring secure communications.
