SMART TeamWorks is meeting collaboration software built for hybrid work and designed to run with SMART interactive displays. It brings scheduling, meeting launch and shared collaboration tools into one interface so teams can start faster and focus on content, not room tech.

From the home screen you can launch meetings with one touch using popular conferencing platforms, and participants can join or access resources using QR code workflows. Users can open cloud files from OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox, access personal calendars, and work together in a shared workspace with real-time annotation on common file types such as PDFs and Microsoft Office documents.

For in-room sharing, SMART TeamWorks supports wireless screencasting up to 8 devices using native AirPlay, Google Cast and Miracast, and it also supports browser-based sharing without extra installs. After the meeting, teams can save the workspace in the TeamWorks app or export a PDF recap, while IT can update and manage rooms remotely through the SMART TeamWorks Admin Portal.
