Neat Pulse is an intelligent cloud-based platform that enables efficient monitoring, updating, and remote management of Neat video conferencing devices. Designed to complement Microsoft Teams Admin Center (TAC) and Zoom Device Management (ZDM), Neat Pulse provides an intuitive interface to configure and control devices individually or in groups.

The platform allows IT administrators to manage firmware updates, apply remote settings, track device performance, and assign role-based permissions. With automated updates, security logging, and multi-organization support, Neat Pulse simplifies AV device fleet management while ensuring system reliability.
