Shure Intellimix Room Kits

Shure IntelliMix Room Kits are complete Microsoft Teams Rooms conferencing kits built for consistent audio/video quality and fast, repeatable deployment across small, medium and large meeting spaces. Each kit includes a Windows-based Teams Rooms compute running Shure IntelliMix Room DSP, an 11-inch touch panel, Shure MXA902 ceiling array microphone + loudspeaker, and a room-size-appropriate Huddly camera system.

For real meetings, the focus is clarity and inclusion: IntelliMix Room processing (including AI Denoiser and AI Deverb) improves speech intelligibility and supports accurate Microsoft 365 Copilot transcriptions, while the ceiling-mounted MXA902 provides uniform coverage with minimal in-room hardware. Huddly cameras add high-resolution ePTZ and intelligent framing options, with single- or multi-camera configurations depending on the kit.

Deployment is designed for IT teams: compute, audio and video auto-configure on boot, and provisioning can be done by entering Teams Rooms credentials or using Windows Autopilot with Autologin for Teams Rooms. Ongoing operations can be handled through Teams Admin Center, Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal and ShureCloud, with options to integrate into enterprise IT management platforms.

Kit options cover different room sizes: IMXRK30 (small to medium) with Huddly IQ and 1x MXA902, IMXRK50 (medium to large) with Huddly L1 and 1x MXA902, IMXRK70 (large) with Huddly L1 and 2x MXA902, and IMXRK80 (reconfigurable rooms) with Huddly Crew and 2x MXA902.
