Yealink RoomPanel Plus is a 10.1-inch meeting room scheduling panel that simplifies room booking and daily room management. Its sleek design and full RGB programmable LED illumination make room availability immediately visible, helping users spot free and occupied spaces at a glance.
Participants can book rooms, check in/out and view meeting details directly on the multi-point touch screen. The built-in face recognition camera can enhance security and streamline check-in workflows, while the embedded NFC/RFID reader supports identity and attendance scenarios depending on the third-party app used. RoomPanel Plus is compatible with a wide range of third-party UC providers, so users can keep a familiar scheduling experience.
RoomPanel Plus can also connect to room occupancy sensors to automatically update room status and enable functions such as automatic room release or automatic check-in (app-dependent). It can act as a stand-alone gateway, supports PoE (802.3af/at) or 12V DC power, and offers multiple mounting options for wall, glass or mullion installations, making rollout straightforward across different office layouts. Remote monitoring and management are available via Yealink Management Cloud Server.
