ROOMZ is an integrated room scheduling solution composed of the ROOMZ server and an 8-inch ROOMZ display with an energy-efficient e-paper screen. ROOMZ server connects to your existing calendar system (Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Google, Domino, etc.) and wirelessly transmits room reservation information to the ROOMZ display.

ROOMZ display shows real-time booking status at the meeting room entrance and allows users to instantly book or release the room via its touch interface. Installation requires no cables or drilling, and the battery provides up to 4 years of autonomous operation. ROOMZ helps organizations maximize meeting room utilization with minimal effort.
