The Cisco Webex Room Navigator is a 10-inch capacitive touch controller designed to streamline meeting room operations by providing intuitive access to conferencing and room controls. Available in two configurations—one for in-room meeting control and another for room booking—the device simplifies room management with a sleek, workspace-friendly design.
When used as a meeting room controller, the Webex Room Navigator pairs with Cisco video endpoints to facilitate call management, device control, and meeting automation within Cisco RoomOS or Microsoft Teams Rooms environments. In its room booking configuration, the device is wall-mounted outside meeting rooms, displaying real-time availability and enabling on-demand reservations via Webex Hybrid Calendar.
Equipped with built-in sensors, the Webex Room Navigator monitors temperature, humidity, and air quality, enhancing workplace comfort. The device supports PoE and Ethernet connectivity for easy deployment and cloud-based management via Cisco Control Hub.
