Q-SYS NV-21-HU is a native network video endpoint designed to simplify video distribution and device connectivity in modern AV environments. As part of the Q-SYS ecosystem, it delivers tightly integrated video, audio, control, and management over standard network infrastructure.
NV-21-HU offers a single-cable user experience, enabling video distribution, AV bridging, and optional device charging via USB-C. It supports video formats up to 4K60 4:4:4 using Q-SYS Shift™ adaptive video compression, providing high image quality with low latency while optimizing network bandwidth. This makes it well suited for meeting rooms, learning spaces, hospitality, and entertainment applications.
The endpoint is software-configurable as either an encoder or decoder and can operate in HDMI or USB-C mode, allowing system designers to adapt to different source devices without additional adapters. Dual streaming support enables simultaneous HDMI and USB-C encoding at up to 1080p, adding flexibility in multi-source scenarios.
Native AV Bridging allows Q-SYS network cameras and audio to appear to a connected host as standard USB peripherals, eliminating the need for external capture hardware. Centralized configuration, control, and monitoring are handled directly within Q-SYS Designer Software, ensuring consistent operation across NV Series deployments.
