Yealink MVC S40

MVC S40 is a Microsoft Teams Rooms system designed for small-to-medium meeting rooms, delivering a complete audio and video experience with minimal deployment complexity. The solution includes SmartVision 40 all-in-one audio and video device, MCore Pro Mini-PC, and MTouch E2 touch panel, providing a fully integrated Teams Rooms environment out of the box.

SmartVision 40 combines dual 48 MP cameras with a wide 120° field of view to ensure all participants are clearly visible. Advanced Teams AI features such as IntelliFocus, Multi-stream IntelliFrame, and Video Fence automatically detect speakers, frame participants, and reduce visual distractions, creating a more immersive and focused meeting experience for remote attendees.

Integrated audio includes an 8-microphone MEMS array with a 6-meter pickup range, full-duplex technology, and built-in stereo speakers. Intelligent noise reduction improves speech clarity, while support for up to two expansion microphones allows coverage to scale for larger rooms.

MVC S40 supports flexible collaboration with wired and wireless content sharing, including WPP30 wireless presentation. Wired BYOD mode enables easy connection of personal devices when needed. Deployment is simplified using Yealink VCH technology, allowing a single CAT5e cable to handle data and power between room zones. Centralized management, monitoring, and updates are supported through Yealink Device Management Platform and cloud services.
