Yealink CM20 – a PoE beamforming ceiling microphone with 16 omni mics and built-in DSP, delivering 360° full-duplex pickup and flexible ceiling mounting for medium to large rooms.

Product description

Yealink CM20 is a ceiling array microphone designed to improve speech clarity in professional meeting spaces. With 16 omnidirectional microphones capturing sound in 360°, it supports inclusive discussions without table mics and keeps the room setup clean.

CM20 includes onboard DSP, so it works plug-and-play with Yealink MVC systems without external audio processing. Integrated noise reduction plus echo and reverberation cancellation help maintain intelligibility for both in-room and remote participants.

CM20 offers full-duplex voice pickup across up to 30 m², with effective coverage up to 60 m² under the specified acoustic conditions. Installation is flexible with in-ceiling, pendant and on-ceiling options, and the removable magnetic mesh cover keeps the unit discreet and easy to maintain. Planned capabilities include intelligent tracking outputs and AES67 network integration.
