Shure MXN5W-C is a ceiling loudspeaker purpose-built for modern conference rooms, huddle spaces and hybrid meeting environments. Its pre-tuned frequency response is optimized for voice, ensuring speech remains intelligible and balanced across the room. The 2-way driver design with a 5.25" woofer provides full-range performance, while the low-profile, shallow-can form factor fits easily into standard drop ceilings without requiring extra depth.
The speaker connects over Dante and is powered entirely via PoE or PoE+, eliminating the need for external amplifiers or local power supplies. Two Dante inputs and one Dante output allow daisy-chaining and flexible routing within IP-based audio systems. Built-in DSP utilities such as a 4-band parametric EQ, delay, limiter and signal generator are configured through Shure Designer software, enabling fine-tuning and consistent deployments across multiple rooms.
A clean, paintable magnetic grille helps MXN5W-C blend into most interiors, and its UL 2043 plenum rating makes it suitable for air-handling spaces above suspended ceilings. Combined with Shure networked microphones, DSP and SystemOn management, MXN5W-C forms part of a fully scalable, IT-friendly conferencing audio ecosystem.
