Shure MXA920 is a networked ceiling array microphone for conference rooms that need consistent voice pickup without table microphones. It combines automatic coverage with built-in IntelliMix DSP, so speech stays clear even when people change seats or stand up.

With automatic coverage enabled, you start with a 30 × 30 ft (9 × 9 m) area and can add up to 8 coverage areas (dynamic or dedicated). Autofocus fine-tunes pickup in real time, while the virtual acoustic boundary can reduce sound coming from outside the defined zones.

MXA920 connects over a single Ethernet cable using PoE and outputs audio via Dante or AES67. Depending on the coverage mode, it can provide an automix output for the whole room or up to 8 separate direct outputs when you need more granular routing. Control and setup are done in Shure Designer or the built-in web application.
