PCS-XA55 is a compact and high-performance HD desktop visual communication system designed to enhance video conferencing with exceptional image and sound quality. Utilizing the H.264 video codec, it provides high-definition video at 60 fps with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, delivering clear and lifelike communication. The system also features MPEG-4 AAC stereo audio compression and built-in echo cancellation, ensuring natural and clear conversations without the typical echo issues seen in other systems.

PCS-XA55 is equipped with an 8-megapixel CMOS camera (PCSA-CXA55) offering excellent HD images, a 3x digital zoom, manual pan/tilt functionality, and a privacy shutter. It also supports ITU-T H.239 for video and presentation data sharing at up to 30 fps. Additionally, the system offers Kiosk mode for unattended services, making it perfect for applications like remote consultations and distance learning.
