Small Rooms
Up to 6 people
A ready-to-use, small meeting room needs at least one display, a camera, speakers, and a microphone. The size of the screen should be tailored to the room. When choosing the right camera, the field of view should also be considered. Wide-angle cameras are particularly suitable for small spaces, as they offer a wider field of view, making it possible to capture multiple people clearly, even without a great distance from the camera.
Many high-quality all-in-one solutions combine video and audio into a single device. These are extremely suitable for small rooms, easy to install, and have an elegant appearance.
Medium-sized Rooms
6-12 people
Standardized all-in-one solutions are often ideal for medium-sized meeting rooms. If the room is larger, a solution consisting of separate components may be the answer. It is essential that every participant is clearly visible, so it is useful to choose a camera with features like smart framing and speaker tracking.
Audio requirements also become more demanding: as rooms get larger, acoustics pose a particular challenge. To prevent interferences such as echo, background noise, and static, we recommend an audio solution with beamforming, echo and noise suppression. This enables equal and barrier-free communication.
Large Rooms
For 12 people or more
The conference or board room is often the flagship of a company. However, it's not just for this space's representative function that its appearance and technical components must be carefully coordinated.
For an ideal result, essential factors such as lighting, color scheme, and acoustics should be included in the planning. Only a few "off-the-shelf" solutions can fully meet the requirements. A component solution consisting of table/ceiling microphones, PTZ cameras with auto-zoom, a room controller, speakers, and one or more displays will deliver the desired result.
