Our guideline for the number of ‘Spaces’ relative to employees is our self-developed Spaces Ratio, the ratio of employees, meeting and conference rooms, which is 20:3:1. In practice, this means that meeting and conference rooms are planned in relation to the number of workstations. As long as this ratio is guaranteed, the effectiveness of your staff is maintained.
