The Front Row layout in Microsoft Teams places meeting participants at the bottom of the screen, so you can communicate at eye level. Not only are the faces of all participants displayed large, but there is also plenty of room for other features such as chat and whiteboarding.
The goal is to create a conversational atmosphere that is as close to reality as possible, making the meeting more equal for all participants. Many display manufacturers have developed 21:9 widescreen displays specifically for this new presentation mode.
