Using the ClickShare iOS app
To connect your iOS device to the ClickShare system, download the app from the App Store. Then follow our instructions on how to use the app correctly.
- Go to the WIFI settings. Connect to the “ClickShare-xxx” network in the network list and enter the password (default password is “clickshare”).
- Open the ClickShare app on your mobile device.
- Select the file you want to share, press the virtual ClickShare button and then choose through which device you want to share the content.
Using the ClickShare Android app
To connect your Android device to the ClickShare system, download the app from the PlayStore. Then follow our instructions on how to use the app correctly.
- Go to the WIFI settings. Connect to the “ClickShare-xxx” network in the network list and enter the password (default password is “clickshare”)
- Open the ClickShare app on your mobile device.
- Select the file you want to share, press the virtual ClickShare button and then choose through which device you want to share the content.
How to use Airplay for Clickshare
If you are using an iOS device, you can use Airplay to project content onto the screen. Find out how with our instructions.
- Go to the WIFI settings. Connect to the “ClickShare-xxx” network in the network list and enter the password (default password is “clickshare”).
- Now return to the home screen and open the Control Centre. To do this, swipe your finger up from the bottom edge of the screen.
- Now press the “AirPlay field” and select ClickShare. The “Mirroring” item now appears below the ClickShare field, which you then activate.
- Your iPad or iPhone is now mirrored on the screen.
TIP: Optimize your ClickShare experience with the Extension Pack
To take full advantage of ClickShare, we recommend installing the launcher on your laptop. This will automatically launch the application when the button is inserted. In addition to the launcher, the package also includes other productivity tools. The ClickShare Extension Pack is available for Microsoft and Mac systems and can be downloaded for free.
- Download the launcher.
- Follow the instructions in the installation wizard.
- Connect the ClickShare button to your PC/Mac's USB port.
