DEKOM at the European Collaboration Summit 2026 in Cologne

The European Collaboration Summit 2026 in Cologne opens its doors from 5–7 May. DEKOM is proud to be an exhibitor this year, and we look forward to welcoming visitors in Hall 1 at Stand 67.
Our presence focuses on on two key Services that support companies in the planning and operation of modern work environments. To ensure total planning security, we utilise 3D and VR visualisations to allow room concepts, technology, and acoustics to be experienced and optimised long before implementation, which significantly accelerates coordination processes.
For the ongoing management of these environments, we are showcasing UC QuantumVision, a powerful solution for the centralised monitoring of collaboration setups. This software-based service allows for location-independent control of conference room technology from various manufacturers, including Microsoft Teams Rooms. Through real-time analysis and remote access, companies maintain full control over their systems and can resolve disruptions proactively.
A further highlight of the event is the lecture by our CIO, Björn Ihßen, who will speak on Wednesday at 15:20 on Stage B on the topic "The Future of Meeting Rooms," providing expert insights into the evolution of modern working worlds. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work, DEKOM provides end-to-end support in the design of hybrid collaboration and advises on the entire Microsoft ecosystem.
