4Wings elevates meeting experience to new heights with DEKOM
24.06.20254Wings in Westerlo is a business center that offers modern offices, meeting rooms and event spaces. When 4WINGS contacted DEKOM, their meeting rooms had been in need of a technical update for some time to meet their clients' high standards for hybrid meetings.
They needed six flexible, high-tech spaces without being tied to one specific video platform. An ambitious request that matched perfectly with DEKOM's expertise.
Flexibility as the key
4Wings chose DEKOM because of their forward thinking approach and the ability to invest in a sustainable solution. The focus was on meeting technology that would be future proof while staying user friendly and compatible. Platform independence and long lifespan were essential.
Complex in technology, simple in use
The biggest challenge in the project was getting different technologies to work together seamlessly. Because flexibility was required, a combination of solutions was used: Q-SYS for control, Shure for microphones, Poly for cameras, i3 for touchscreens and Samsung for the LED wall.
While technically complex, the user experience remains remarkably simple. The BYOD principle ('Bring Your Own Device') was implemented down to the smallest detail, so every user can meet with their own laptop or device without extra configuration.
Ready for the future
Thanks to the new installations, 4Wings can now offer their meeting rooms to a wider audience and facilitate meetings at a higher professional level. The spaces are not only functional but also radiate technological sophistication and ease of use—exactly what modern organizations expect today.
