Your Role: Project Coordinator
Are you naturally organized and energized by bringing structure to dynamic environments?
We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and help keep everything running like clockwork. You’ll act as a vital link between clients, engineers, and internal teams—playing a key role in the success of our projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting project managers with a wide range of tasks and day-to-day challenges
Helping design efficient workflows and thinking creatively when solving problems
Managing project documentation and keeping everything up to date
Communicating with clients and keeping them informed throughout the process
Coordinating engineering teams and scheduling installations
What We’re Looking For
You spot what needs to be done—before anyone asks
You’re a team player but also work well independently
Organized, resilient under pressure, and not afraid to think outside the box
Fluent in both Dutch and English (you’ll work with national and international clients)
Experience is a plus, but we value curiosity and a willingness to learn even more
You’re available to work on-site at our office in the beginning to get to know the team and the way we work

What Your Day Looks Like
Communicating with clients to track project progress
Coordinating with the sales team on agreements and project status
Creating internal and external project schedules
Handing over projects to our engineering team

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
A strong communicator
Fluent in English and has excellent written Dutch
Confident working with numbers and project data
Organized, structured, and detail-oriented
Interested in audiovisual technology
Able to perform well under pressure

What Will You Be Doing?
Installing video conferencing systems, media technology setups, and AV solutions
Performing maintenance and troubleshooting on-site at customer locations
What Do We Expect From You?
Completed technical training (e.g. in communications, IT, or electronics), with an MBO-level working and thinking capacity
Interest in AV and IT
Experience in installation, operation, and support
Solid knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, switches, routers, etc.)
Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
A strong service mindset
Flexibility and a team-oriented attitude
A valid driver’s license (B)
