Flexibility is key

The biggest challenge within the project was to ensure that different technologies worked together seamlessly. Because complete flexibility was required, a combination of best-in-class solutions was used: Q-SYS for control, Shure for microphones, Poly for cameras, i3 for touchscreens, and Samsung for the LED wall.

Although technically complex, the user experience remains extremely simple. The BYOD principle was worked out in detail, so that every user can participate in meetings with their own laptop or device without any configuration. Platform independence and long service life were essential for a future-proof investment.

Intelligent audio-video integration

The meeting rooms are equipped with ceiling-mounted Shure microphones and Poly cameras that automatically follow the speaker. This intelligent technology ensures a natural meeting experience in which both physical and remote participants can participate optimally.

Large i3 touchscreens allow all systems to be activated and configured with a single touch. The interface is designed so that even non-technical users can start meetings without any problems. Samsung LED walls ensure crystal-clear presentations, while the Q-SYS system allows all components to work together seamlessly for a professional meeting experience of the highest standard.

Scalable solution for events

DEKOM's technological expertise extends to the event spaces at 4Wings. The same high-quality Samsung display technologies and integrated audio-visual systems are used here, too, to create a professional environment suitable for large-scale presentations and events.

Thanks to their modular design, the systems can be adapted to suit different event formats. They can be used for everything from intimate boardroom sessions to large corporate presentations. This allows 4Wings to reach a broader audience and reinforce its standing as a premium business centre.
