Users can connect via smartphones, tablets, laptops, or Lifesize systems, making it both accessible and versatile. Administrators can easily invite participants by email, while attendees can join meetings with nothing more than a webcam and an internet connection. The platform supports multipoint meetings and offers unlimited guest accounts for external collaborators.

Seamlessly integrating with Lifesize Icon systems, Lifesize Cloud also supports audio-only dial-in for participants without video capabilities. Its intuitive setup and user-friendly interface enable quick adoption, while features such as scheduled meetings, instant calls, and HD recording enhance productivity.
