Equipped with a built-in 3-microphone array, it offers 360° voice pickup within a 6-meter radius. The device utilizes Yealink's proprietary noise-proof technology and acoustic echo cancellation to filter out ambient noise up to 90 dB, ensuring clear audio during full-duplex calls. With up to 12 hours of talk time and 7 days of standby, the VCM36-W supports extended meeting sessions. It connects via dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz/5 GHz) with WPA2 and AES128 encryption, allowing flexible placement without cable constraints. The microphone features a capacitive mute touchpad with LED status indicators for straightforward control. A wireless charging dock is included, facilitating convenient recharging between uses.
