Cisco Board Pro G2 is an integrated video device and interactive whiteboard that turns small and medium rooms into full hybrid collaboration spaces. It combines a 4K UHD touch display, dual-camera system, built-in compute and loudspeakers in one appliance, running Cisco RoomOS with native experiences for Cisco Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android. 

The dual 48 MP camera system uses a wide and a telephoto lens together with NVIDIA AI processing to deliver inclusive, cinematic views — from group framing and intelligent speaker views to AI “virtual zoom” that extends reach to presenters at the far end of long tables. A 14-element beamforming microphone array and multi-channel loudspeaker system provide clear, spatial in-room audio while AI noise removal, AGC and echo cancellation keep focus on the active speaker. 

Teams can whiteboard, annotate and co-create directly on the optically bonded 4K touch surface using two active pens and multi-touch gestures, with support for Webex Whiteboard, Microsoft Whiteboard (in MTR mode) and web apps such as Miro or Mural. Content can be shared via HDMI, USB-C or wirelessly using Webex, Miracast, Apple AirPlay or Microsoft Teams Cast, with touch-back support in USB-C passthrough mode.

Board Pro G2 connects to external displays, Cisco PTZ 4K camera, Cisco table or ceiling microphones and Room Navigator for scheduling and room control, and is managed centrally via Webex Control Hub or Microsoft Teams tools. Built-in people counting and environmental sensors plus Cisco Spaces integration provide deep workspace analytics, while a circular product design with up to 65% post-consumer recycled plastics supports sustainability goals.
