The Poly CCX 400 is an entry-level business media phone designed for common areas and desktop use, with native Microsoft Teams integration. It offers a simple interface with a 5" color touchscreen for quick access to contacts, calls, and meetings. With Poly HD Voice and Acoustic Clarity, conversations remain clear and lifelike. Exclusive Poly Acoustic Fence technology eliminates distracting background noise for better communication. It also features full-duplex speakerphone capabilities with echo cancellation, ensuring quality calls.
The CCX 400 is easy to manage with robust provisioning, making it ideal for deployment in office lobbies or open areas. You can mount it on the wall using the optional wall-mount kit. The phone supports both wired (PoE) and, with an upcoming accessory, wireless deployment. It is optimized for IT management through Microsoft Teams Device Portal, ensuring seamless updates and configurations.
