for meeting rooms of any size
Small rooms
Up to 6 people
In addition to a display, a functional videoconferencing environment includes a camera, speaker, and microphone. These can be combined into an all-in-one video bar or a PC-based room system with several separate components. The audio technology is specially designed for small rooms, and the cameras usually have a wide-angle lens so that all participants can be easily seen.
A touch controller as the central control unit completes the setup and ensures intuitive use of the systems.
Medium-sized rooms
6-12 people
The larger the meeting room, the more sophisticated the technology.
The built-in cameras in a simple videobar are often not powerful enough to capture the participants in a medium-sized room. This is where PTZ cameras come in handy. In addition to pan-tilt-zoom capabilities, PTZ cameras have other useful features such as auto-tracking and auto-framing. The audio technology should also be of a higher standard, with features such as beamforming, echo cancelling and noise blocking.
Large rooms
For 12 or more people
It is particularly important to choose high-quality technology for large rooms. As with medium-sized rooms, the functionality of the hardware must be considered to ensure a comfortable meeting experience with the best audio and video quality. This is where different microphone solutions, such as table or ceiling microphones, come in handy. These ensure that everyone in the room can be heard clearly.

Booking and managing meeting rooms
A meeting room reservation system is especially recommended for organizations with multiple rooms. A touch panel right outside the meeting room shows you if and when a room is occupied or available.
This touch panel is connected to your Microsoft Teams portal, so meetings can be scheduled through Outlook as usual. You reserve the room you want immediately. Participants can easily see where the meeting is taking place and which rooms are occupied or available.
