DEKOM organizes video conferences for Ukrainian Business Forum

On 6th and 13th of March 2013 DEKOM Ukraine organized a series of video conferences between representatives of ukrainian medium and large businesses.

These events were the preperation for the Ukrainian Business Forum, one of the biggest business events in Ukraine, which had been scheduled to the end of March 2014.

During the meeting, participants discussed questions about business organization in Ukraine under the new political situation in the country. The main objective of the forum was to increase transparency and avoid corruption and bribery in Ukraine.

During the video conference mayors, representatives of government and business discussed the following issues:

  • Radical approaches to the anti-corruption activities;
  • Introducing an effective public control over the activity of the Government;
  • How business can support government actions in resolving the crisis in the Crimea.

Video conference was hold in Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Donetsk, Lutsk and Khmelnitsky.
