Previously Avaya Silver Partner with the specialization "Video Solution Expert", DEKOM implemented the streamlined requirements and achieved the new certification within shortest time: as an official Avaya Edge Sapphire Partner, DEKOM is authorized to provide design and support, installation and maintenance services for Avaya business systems and associated peripheral equipment including Networking, Scopia Endpoints/Avaya Video, Scopia, and DevConnect Select Product Program (SPP).
